Connecting through yoga– The, connecting through yoga experience, has been part of human history throughout many cultures. Learning yoga helps us with our body, mind, spirit connections within our own bodies. Many of us have studied various types of yoga over the years. We celebrate people that are “following their hearts” to create opportunities for others to learn more about “who they are”. Discovering your personal passions can bring opportunities for you to help others grow in their own lives.
DFoster and Friends is about celebrating entrepreneurs and others that have discovered that their life purpose is giving new possibilities to others. Yoga classes offer an opportunity to learn to move from “outer” knowledge to our personal “inner” understanding of “just being”.
Consider joining a yoga center near you. Our lives have become so complicated. Taking the time to connect with your body, mind and spirit is useful. Discover inner thoughts, desires and intentions that you hold deep within yourself. Excercise your body and mind to support your own personal health and well being.
