Non Profit Organizations
Finding Answers To Difficult Problems
Non Profit Organizations have had issues with funding in order to compete with large corporations,
for many, many years.
As the world seems to be changing into a more conscious understanding of how we can become part of the change we want to see, we are seeing the “The New Culture of Sharing” come into our view. As explained in the following Ted Talk by Dan Pallotta, the answer is changing the way we view non profits. Our history has very much affected how society responds to different aspects in our world. Our culture has been so involved with the act of acquiring, that even our perception of charity has become judgmental in nature.
Society is beginning to see things differently. Changing our perceptions, looking at truths that we have not seen before and growing in our awareness has created the need for many new understandings. Mr. Pallotta sheds light on a subject that has been an issue in our society, but I have not heard it addressed before, so succinctly.
My interest in non-profits has been very long. Graduating students no matter how much they wanted to pursue a career in such fields, were usually forced to find employment in the business sector. Consider if college graduates 40 years ago had been able to pursue their dreams at a non-profit, the possibility that many issues we are still dealing with could have been corrected by now.
The New Culture of Sharing is beginning to make changes in how we see our world and our lives in it. Solving problems through non profit organizations that have passion and drive will make a difference to all of us on this planet. There is no individual that has not been touched by illness or hardship which has not also touched another’s family.
The Truth Is: We Are All In This Together.
Finding Ways of Sharing With Each Other To Help Solve Problems Is A Connection We Share.
What is your passion?

Best of Luck Always.
