Struggle Over Meaning
of our lives,
has created many conversations over the many years of humanity’s curiousity . Finding answers is getting more and more critical as each day goes by. Our planet is in trouble. When we notice how nature lives in such harmony with each other, we must wonder why we humans have created so much chaos.
Sometimes it seems the simple lessons of life are the hardest to understand. There are many of us on this planet right now that are talking about it everyday. As a group of people that consider ourselves to be intelligent, we must question how we let things get so far out of hand. With the issues of poverty, pollution, racism, energy issues and more, how do we, as intelligent beings, end up with all these problems?
We seem to be living in a time of social change movements the struggle over meaning of purpose is being questioned by many more than just in the recent past. From what I understand, we need to address many of these issues immediately for the planet, and the inhabitants of it.
The fact is, these issues are being addressed by creative individuals, but the information seems to be only for those that seek it. For many individuals that don’t have time or access to alternative sources of information, these great ideas are unknown.
Social Change Movements have evolved over the years. As we see our Social Change Movement in 2015, I see it being a very peaceful movement. So many people are tired of war, depression, fear, and negative feelings in their lives, and their personal loved one’s lives, that non-violent behavior just feels better.
Once we can begin to understand that the important part about “Social Change” is the
CHANGE……FOR THE BETTER!.
War is not CHANGE FOR THE BETTER (it is the same old, destructive answer). It seems like for many, however, war is the “immediate answer on their lips. Well, to my perspective, I came in after a war was “won”, and there has been a new war being started, ever since.
